Abeer Salman

I believe that sustainability is a game-changer for businesses, offering a path to both innovation and impact. I am passionate about integrating sustainable practices into business operations to drive success and contributing meaningfully to a better future.

As part of the Sustainability Team, I am involved in enhancing internal sustainability practices and supporting portfolio companies in improving their ESG performance. By leveraging data-driven insights, I contribute to shaping strategies, responding to investor needs, and ensuring that our efforts lead to long-term business growth as well as tangible, positive impacts on both the environment and society.

I joined Palatine in 2024 after graduating with an MS in Environmental Sciences from the National University of Sciences and Technology in Pakistan, where my research focused on atmospheric trace gas emissions in the context of climate change mitigation.

Outside of work, I enjoy drawing and painting, hiking, yoga, stargazing with my telescope, skateboarding (attempting to, at least), solving jigsaw puzzles, playing board games with my family, exploring new music, and spending downtime with my cat.
