How we boosted our B Corp score

05-03-2026

Total score

2022: 111.3  –   2025: 119.7 / 200

We are proud to be a B Corp. Since 2022, we have been part of a community of businesses creating an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy. In 2025 we successfully recertified as a B Corp, re-stating our commitment to meeting high social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency standards.

We are a B Corp because acting sustainably safeguards risk, resilience and reputation. Climate risk, transitional and physical, is ramping up in this decisive decade for climate action and against a storm of anti-ESG backlash, operating ethically and looking after suppliers and customers remains imperative. Being a B Corp demonstrates that we are acting where it counts. There is a clear correlation between companies with a high ESG rating and strong financial performance. Our own experience over the last decade has shown us first-hand that improved ESG outcomes contribute to sales growth, talent retention, brand value and strong returns.

To safeguard this value, we have made major advancements since our initial submission, reflected in our score uplift. We have published our Sustainability Strategy and set validated science-based targets, we have trained over 300 people across our network in Carbon Literacy and delivered on our inclusion, diversity and wellbeing strategies. Igniting action in our portfolio has remained a focus, our flagship Futureproofing Value event series has bought together senior leaders from across the portfolio every year since our initial certification. In all that we have achieved, the B Corp framework has remained, and continues to be, foundational to our strategy.
