Briony Fagan

As an Investment Manager at Palatine, I am responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and assessing the growth potential of the businesses we meet. A key part of my role is understanding where a company is heading and how Palatine can support its management team in realising those ambitions.

What I enjoy most about the job is meeting new businesses and getting to know the management teams behind them. No two businesses are the same, and getting under the skin of each one is what makes the role interesting.

Before joining Palatine, I spent five years at a multi-family office private equity house, where I executed buy-and-build strategies and supported management teams through periods of growth. Prior to that, I worked in the Transaction Advisory team at Grant Thornton, where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Outside of work, I keep myself busy with triathlon training, dressmaking and gardening — it’s a wonder I can fit it all into a week!
