B2W Group unveils new identity as Leep Group to support expansion
Training and employability specialist, formerly known as B2W Group, has rebranded as Leep Group to reflect its evolution into a diversified skills and workforce development organisation.
The rebrand marks a significant milestone for the group, as it expands beyond its heritage in employability provision to deliver Apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and the expansion of its specialist training expertise in digital, AI and renewable trade skills.
The new identity brings the group’s growing portfolio of services together under a single, modern brand designed to support long-term growth and strengthen engagement with employers, funders and learners.
Founded in 2011, the organisation has supported more than 100,000 people into learning and employment progression, achieving 97% pass rates within its employability provision, and building an outstanding reputation for quality and learner outcomes.
The refreshed brand reflects both the scale of the group today and its ambition to play a leading role in addressing the UK’s evolving skills and workforce needs, whilst also providing an improved blueprint for Leep Group’s future M&A strategy.
The transition introduces a streamlined brand architecture, bringing the group’s extensive expertise into three specialist pillars. This structure is designed to provide a clearer journey for learners and a more accessible partnership model for employers:
- Back to Work: Dedicated to the group’s heritage in pre-employment and employability programmes, ensuring those entering or re-entering the workforce have the foundational support they need to succeed (formerly Back 2 Work Complete Training).
- Leep Talent: A forward-facing division focused on high-impact professional development, including Apprenticeships and Skills Bootcamps across AI, digital, IT, and HR (formerly Just IT and BePro Development).
- Leep Trade: A specialist arm focused on the technical trade skills and the transition to a green economy, delivering the vital renewable skills required for the UK’s future infrastructure (formerly Greendale Ltd trading as ECTA).
While the names have evolved to reflect a bigger ambition, the commitment to quality remains constant, with all services continuing to be delivered by the same experienced leadership and delivery teams.
Luke Muscat, CEO of Leep Group, said: “After 15 years of service, we’re finally retiring the B2W Group brand. We’re immensely proud of our history as a pre-employment training provider, but we have evolved to be so much more and wanted a fresh new brand that represented the future. Our mission hasn’t changed. We remain dedicated to supporting employers, upskilling people and driving economic growth both locally and nationally. What has changed is the way we tell our story: with a new name, look, and voice that match the energy and impact of the work we do.”
James Gregson, Partner at Palatine, said: “Since our initial investment, the business has undergone a remarkable transformation. Rebranding from B2W to Leep Group is a natural and exciting progression that better reflects the scale, diversity, and technical sophistication of the organisation today.
“By expanding into high-growth areas like AI, digital skills, and renewables, Leep Group is directly addressing the UK’s most critical skills and productivity gaps, and we are proud to support the team with this rebrand as they enter this next chapter, continuing their impressive track record of delivering social value and high-quality outcomes for learners and employers alike.”
