Greta Steponaviciute

I am passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving growth while building strong relationships with ambitious management teams.

I joined Palatine in January 2023 after over four years at Accenture and PA Consulting, where I was advising Corporate and Private Equity clients on M&A, business performance improvement, and growth strategy. I have a breadth of experience across a range of sectors, with a particular interest in Technology enabled businesses.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time in nature, especially hiking and skiing in the mountains. I am also a big fan of jazz, ballet, and opera, as well as a proud holder of WSET Level 3 Award in Wines.
