Jihad Karambizi

I believe the most compelling businesses are those where commercial success and positive impact reinforce one another. I joined Palatine to back ambitious management teams building companies that can do both.

As an Investment Manager in the Impact Fund, I focus on finding and assessing new investment opportunities, supporting transactions through to completion and working alongside management teams as their businesses grow.

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa before moving to the UK and transitioning into M&A. Before joining Palatine, I was an Associate Director in the M&A team at Kreston Reeves, advising management teams on lower mid-market transactions across a range of sectors. I previously worked in BDO’s M&A team, with a particular focus on healthcare and life sciences.

When I’m not at Palatine, I’m juggling a part-time Master’s in Finance at London Business School with working my way around London’s bakeries in search of the perfect pastry. I still haven’t found it, but recommendations welcome!
