We have announced a number of promotions across our team following another good year for the business.
Within our Buy Out investment team, Midlands based Tom Hustler has been promoted to Senior Investment Director, with London Based Matthew Coles also being promoted to Senior Investment Director in the Impact investment team.
In our Value Enhancement team, Tom Ross-Jones has become Head of Portfolio. Tom, who joined us in 2017 and was promoted to partner 12 months ago, works across both funds, specialising in helping investee companies deliver on their growth strategies and improve cashflow and profitability. In Tom’s team, Birmingham-based Georgina Wendon-Smith has been promoted to Portfolio Director.
Within our Sustainability team, which is embedded across all areas of the business and has earned the firm a host of awards, Stephanie Wall, has been promoted to Senior Sustainability Director, with Nikhita Mistry becoming Sustainability Manager following a successful two years as an executive in the team.
Other promotions include Matt Thompson who has been appointed Finance Director, Rebecca Browne, HR & Events Executive Assistant, Sallie Trenell, Senior PA and IT Support and Gina Westhead, Office and Business Development Administrator.
Ed Fazakerley, one of our founding partners, will now take on the role of Chief Operating Officer focusing on working with the teams across all our fund strategies as the business continues to grow.
