BK Plus South West Expansion Continues with Two New Acquisitions

UK accounting and financial advisory firm, BK Plus has bolstered its South West presence with the acquisition of two more accountancy practices in Cornwall.

Following its recent acquisition of Atkins Ferrie, BK Plus has now welcomed Walker Moyle Chartered Accountants and Pooleys Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers to the group.

The bolt-ons are the latest in a series of strategic acquisitions made by BK Plus since our initial investment in September 2023 and represent the latest phase in the firm’s rapid growth journey.

Pooleys Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers is based in Truro and Walker Moyle has offices in Penzance, Redruth, and St. Ives. It is the oldest practice to join BK Plus, with roots dating back to 1925.

The acquisitions bring BK Plus’s office count to six in the South West, creating a South West Hub led by Tom Tripp and Hannah Collison. The investment will ensure that BK Plus continues to provide the best possible services to clients in and around the region.
