Palatine Achieves Inclusive Employers Standard Foundation Accreditation

07-01-2026

Palatine has achieved Inclusive Employers Standard Foundation accreditation following a robust, evidence-based gap analysis of its inclusion progress. The accreditation, awarded by The Inclusive Employers Foundation, recognises Palatine’s commitment to building an inclusive culture.

Andy Strickland, Partner and Head of Inclusion and Diversity Committee at Palatine, said: “Achieving this accreditation is an important milestone in our inclusion journey. The process has helped us understand our current position and identify key areas for future development. We feel energised about our inclusion work and committed to boosting the positive impact of belonging throughout our organisation and the wider industry.”

Emily Pattinson, Senior Inclusive Employers Standard Programme Lead at Inclusive Employers, commented: “We’re incredibly proud that Palatine has achieved Foundation accreditation, demonstrating clear commitment to building an inclusive culture. It can be overwhelming for organisations in the early stages of their inclusion journey to step up and be a role model. By seeking to understand their inclusion development, Palatine demonstrates to others in their sector that they prioritise their people and are passionate about creating a culture of impactful inclusion.”
