Partnership Motivation

Electra-net had developed a specialism in wireless technology and had contracted with the Ministry of Defence and several universities to design and install these systems. The business also had contracts with major blue-chip organisations such as British Telecom and HP.

We believed that there would be acquisition opportunities for the business which would expand its product offering through additional security services and skill sets.
