With over 20 years of M&A and private equity experience, I have spent my career working with entrepreneurial, dynamic, growing businesses. As a board director for more than a decade, I have developed a deep understanding of what it takes to grow a business and the challenges management teams face – regardless of industry.

I firmly believe that people are at the heart of every successful business. I enjoy getting under the skin of a company, empowering the management teams I work alongside, and building the long-term relationships that create real value – whether with founders, advisers, or colleagues.

Outside of work, I stay mentally and physically active through sport, music, and spending time with my wife and two daughters.
