Bluprintx, the Liverpool-based digital transformation consultancy, has completed the acquisition of Skie, a Salesforce consultancy, which operates globally from locations in Australia and Singapore.

Founded just over six years ago, Skie has rapidly established itself as one of the Asia-Pacific’s fastest-growing Salesforce consultancies, with over 210 certifications and a 50-strong team of experts.  It has a leadership position when it comes to implementing Agentforce, Salesforce’s AI platform for autonomous enterprise agents.

With over 200 employees across offices in the UK, Hungary, USA, Australia, and Singapore, Bluprintx is focused on supporting enterprise clients with complex sales, marketing, and service transformations, leveraging its deep expertise in Adobe, Salesforce, and AI-enhanced solutions.

James Painter, Senior Investment Director at Palatine, said: “We are delighted to support Bluprintx in making its second acquisition since our platform investment in September 2024. Skie is a great fit given its Salesforce expertise and capability in relation to Agentforce. We look forward to continuing to support Bluprintx on its acquisitive strategy.”

Skie Co-Founder and Managing Director, Adam Troughear, will join the Bluprintx leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of the company’s global Salesforce strategy.

Adam Troughear, said: “Joining Bluprintx is an evolution of Skie’s high-performance growth journey. We’ve built a reputation across APAC for delivering transformative outcomes for our clients by leveraging the breadth of the Salesforce platform. Now, with Bluprintx, we can take our transformation journeys further. We can answer what’s next across the entire front office experience.”

Lee Hackett, Group CEO of Bluprintx, added: “Skie brings exceptional Salesforce capabilities, a brilliant leadership team, and a depth of experience that aligns perfectly with our broader strategy. This acquisition strengthens our position across APAC and adds new momentum to our goal of reaching £100 million in revenue, while helping enterprise clients scale intelligently through data, AI, and technology-led transformation.”

The acquisition was funded by banking partner, Thincats who have also provided an acquisition facility which will enable Bluprintx to expand its capabilities and reach across key geographies.

This deal is the latest in a series of international acquisitions by Bluprintx, including IO Integration, Definitive Results, and ITG Commerce — the latter marking Bluprintx’s first acquisition following our investment in September 2024.
