Palatine Grows Value Enhancement Team

We have expanded our value enhancement team with the appointment of Greta Steponavičiūtė as Strategic Growth Manager, to work across both our Buyout and Impact Funds.

Based in our London office, Greta joins the leading mid-market investor from Accenture M&A and private equity strategy advisory team. At Palatine, she will focus on the value enhancement offering in the portfolio, spanning across a broad range of sectors.

A passionate advocate of social mobility and diversity within the financial services sector, Greta is a member of Level 20, an organisation that aims to grow gender diversity in the private equity industry.
