Palatine Invests in Global Digital Transformation Services Provider and Completes Strategic Acquisition
We have made a significant investment in global digital transformation services provider, Bluprintx.
The announcement coincides with the completion of Bluprintx’s latest strategic acquisition, and its first with our backing.
Headquartered in Liverpool and with operations in the US, Netherlands and Australia, Bluprintx enables productivity and revenue growth through technology, data and AI solutions in marketing, sales and service. The business empowers customers across a wide spectrum of technology vendors with a focus on transformational use of Adobe and Salesforce technology to support enterprise and high-growth companies.
Our buy-out fund investment will help Bluprintx to achieve its growth ambitions, supporting it in the next phase of its service and coverage expansion programme. Bluprintx will continue to assess merger and acquisition opportunities that provide its customers with greater value, broader technology expertise, and closer alignment to leading vendors including Adobe.
With our backing in place, the business has just acquired commerce specialist, ITG Commerce. This is the latest in a series of acquisitions aimed at adding service capability across Bluprintx’s core operating geographies. In particular, ITG will provide Bluprintx with additional capability in the Adobe ecosystem and it takes the group to a headcount of more than 140 employees globally.
ITG, which has operations in the US and Hungary, creates commerce solutions and is a specialist in Adobe Commerce, Adobe’s commerce platform, alongside other leading mid-market commerce platforms. The business helps customers to implement and integrate commerce platforms and supports with ongoing maintenance and optimisation.
The acquisition represents a perfect complement to Bluprintx’s existing customer offering, reinforcing the global digital transformation service provider’s ability to support enterprises through the full lead cycle. Adding ‘Commerce’ to its core practices, Bluprintx will deliver personalisation-enabling architectures that attract, engage, nurture, and transact with each lead on an individual level. It is a significant enhancement which adds an important layer to the customer experience.
Lee Hackett, founder and CEO of Bluprintx said: “Palatine’s backing is instrumental for Bluprintx as we continue to expand the services we offer to our customers. With this partnership and the subsequent acquisition of ITG Commerce, we are fortifying Bluprintx to give our customers direct and strategic support toward commerce objectives. We are expanding our pool of expert practices while making Bluprintx more accessible across the globe with stronger bases in the US and Hungary. It is the next step in our journey toward providing global enterprises with a full suite of digital transformations, and I am looking forward to working with both Palatine and with our new colleagues joining the Bluprintx Group from ITG Commerce.”
