Developed a repeatable M&A capability absorbing over 6,000 additional clients onto the platform with typical EBITDA conversion above 80%.
Diagnosed and restructured the acquisition funnel, building a proprietary lead scoring model enriched with ONS and Land Registry data, delivering a 10% uplift in lead-to-opportunity conversion, 35% improvement in in-month completion rates, and initial advice ROAS from 0.81 to 1.28.
Redesigned the target operating model end to end – unifying the sales function, automating LOA processing, building a dedicated client retention team, and reducing paraplanner headcount.
