Partnership Motivation

OryxAlign is already a stand-out player in its market place led by an ambitious and talented CEO and leadership team.

The business is one of the few B Corp-certified providers operating in the data centre sectors, supporting strong client relationships and competitive positioning.

Our sector experience and shared B Corp values made OryxAlign a natural fit for us.

Carl Henriksen, Founder and CEO of OryxAlign

Carl Henriksen founded OryxAlign in 2006 and has led the business as CEO ever since, drawing on over 25 years’ experience in the international IT services sector. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a well-established technology service provider, and in 2024 he was named one of The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders.

“Palatine brings more than capital. They bring expertise, a collaborative approach, deep sector knowledge, and a shared belief that how you do business is just as important as what you achieve.

The fact that Palatine is also B Corp certified was a decisive factor.”
