Acquired the organic waste land spreading division of Silverwood Waste Management, now rebranded to Papilo Organics, in June 2025.
Completed the acquisition of Allwood Recycling Solutions, a provider of total waste management solutions with a specialism in the logistics and distribution sector, in January 2026
Strengthened the team with the recruitment of a CEO, CFO, IT Director and Sales Director as well as the recruitment of a Chair with significant experience of the industry
Ongoing investment in IT systems to improve data and drive operational efficiencies through process automation
Rebranded the company to Papilo and supported a Head Office relocation
Grown the impact of the business with over 345,000 tonnes of Co2 avoided since our investment
