David has been with Suntera since 2005, during which time he has been instrumental in the development and growth of both the core brand and multiple niche sectors across the business. Joining the group board in as Group Business Development Director, he became Group CEO in June 2019 after leading a management buyout from the founding directors. Leveraging a background in leadership and management consultancy, his strategic leadership style focuses on driving employee performance through engagement, communication and empowerment.
