Tom Hustler

I enjoy meeting management teams, understanding their business and building strong relationships throughout the deal process. I am passionate about working with the team to deliver improvements that drive value and help all stakeholders realise their goals. I am also part of the Palatine Tech Hub.

I have spent my career working across the East and West Midlands having joined Palatine in 2017 from RBS where I worked in the Structured Finance team and was responsible for originating, structuring and evaluating a range of event-led transactions. I also spent 6 years at KPMG.

Outside of work I enjoy watching sport, in particular football (Leeds United!) and NFL. I also love food so enjoy cooking and visiting new restaurants both at home and abroad.
