Victory for e-days at the Nottingham Post Business Awards 2018

On Tuesday 29th May 2018 a team of 5 from e-days Absence Management attended the Nottingham Post Business Awards 2018 having been nominated for two awards, the ‘SME of the Year’ and the ‘Sales & Marketing Team of the Year’. We were delighted to come away from the evening in possession of both awards, marking an excellent achievement for the company as a whole.

Being presented with the SME award showed recognition for our growth as a company over the previous year, adding over 300 new clients and over 37,000 new users across all client systems. On top of this our development team have made significant developments to our system, including adding a GDPR compliance toolkit enabling HR to take steps towards becoming GDPR compliant. Our impressive onboarding & customer service team also received an average 4.8/5 satisfaction score in a survey undertaken at the end of 2017.

Similarly the Sales & Marketing award showed recognition for our sales team bringing on a record 310 new clients in the last financial year, adding a total of over 37,000 new e-days users. Bringing on an impressive average of 25 new clients per month has set the benchmark for the coming year and our ambitious sales team are motivated to break their 2017 record once again. Our marketing team were responsible for bringing in 1150 inbound enquiries giving an average of 96 inbound leads per month, unprecedented numbers for a B2B software company.

e-days have focused on the very critical area of the HR solution toolkit – Leave Tracking & Absence Management. This dedicated focus has enabled us to acquire deep global knowledge of our subject matter and has resulted in us developing the most advanced, flexible, and easy to use absence management solution available globally.

Leave tracking and absence management is an important and complex undertaking that every company globally needs to manage. Rules vary greatly between countries and within companies, therefore the flexibility of a system is key. Developing flexibility of configuration alongside ease of use has been critical to our high growth business.

This is great recognition for the dedication and hard work our team puts in every-day. It’s been a brilliant year. Well over 300 new e-days customers have come on board, and we’ve experienced significant revenue growth. We have huge ambition for e-days, and winning these awards provides us with even more inspiration. We move into new premises later this year to continue our expansion, and these business awards will help our recruitment drive.
